Terms of Payment
You may pay for your order by check, credit card, money order, or COD
(add $5.00). We will extend credit to institutions or qualified forms
upon credit verification. Since credit approval takes 1 to 2 weeks to
process, we recommend that your first order be prepaid, credit card, or
COD to avoid delays.
Shipments
F.O.B. point is North Arlington, NJ. Most orders within the continental
USA are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS-BLUE, UPS-RED or FEDERAL EXPRESS delivery
are available upon request. Most standard stock will be shipped within
2 business days.

Design Changes
Par-metal reserves the right to change the material, design, and dimensions
of any product without prior notice. We will try to avoid changes between
catalog editions.
Returns
All goods being returned must be shipped via prepaid freight. Return authorization
must be granted from us and the return notice must be included in the package. No
returns on non-standard items. All returns must be made within 30 days from
date of invoice.
